Participation fee

Fee
• €4,950 excl. VAT and 15% service costs, covering all program activities from arrival to departure in China, including a SIM card for all overseas communications.
• When bringing your spouse the participation fee will be deducted by €400.
• Includes the BID Trade Mission Dinner on April 13, 2026, at Kasteel de Wittenburg in Wassenaar, Netherlands, introducing participants to the group and Chinese business culture & etiquette.

SIB Collective Activity subsidies (RVO)
• Dutch SMEs (with a legal entity) may apply for two SIB Collective Activity subsidies via RVO: one for the trade mission and one for our joint participation of the trade fair (Guyu Conference). Each subsidy covers up to 50% of eligible expenses (up to a maximum of €1,500 for the trade mission and €2,500 for the trade fair).
• Participants will receive two separate invoices, corresponding to the trade mission and the trade fair, which can be used when applying for the respective subsidy schemes which needs to be done separately. 
• When reviewing applications, RVO will assess whether the activity is intended for export purposes for the applicant. The application must be submitted prior to the mission.
