Participation fee

• Fee: €4,950 excl. VAT and 15% service costs, covering all program activities from arrival to departure in China, including a SIM card for all overseas communications.
• When bringing your spouse the participation fee will be deducted by €400.
• Includes the BID Trade Mission Dinner on April 13, 2026, at Kasteel de Wittenburg in Wassenaar, Netherlands, introducing participants to the group and Chinese business culture & etiquette
• SMEs may apply for a Collective Subsidy Voucher via RVO, covering up to 80% of the fee (max. €2,500) – subject to approval
• Flights must be booked independently. We recommend the following flights:
